What is The King Center's return policy?

All returns are subject to management approval. A refund will be issued in the form and amount of the original tender paid when each of the following conditions are met: 1) The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase; 2) The merchandise must be in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect; and 3) The merchandise must be accompanied by the original King Center receipt.

How much are shipping and handling charges?

For shipments to destinations within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the package.  A representative from The King Center will contact you (by email or phone) to let you know what the shipping and handling charges are before your order is shipped.

The following table lists shipping and handling charges for the Continental US and can be used to help approximate your shipping and handling costs.  A representative will contact you with the exact amount before shipping.

If you reside in the following states, California, Idaho, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Nevada, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Arizona or New Mexico additional $1.00 will be added to shipping and handling charge.

Overnight shipping is available for all states.

The King Center can ship merchandise to almost anywhere in the world.  For orders destined for locations outside the Continental US, The King Center will contact you with a quote for Shipping and handling charges before your order is shipped.

When will my order be shipped?

The King Center will make every effort to ship your order within 1-2 business days after we receive it.

When will I get my order?

The King Center uses UPS as its primary carrier to deliver your merchandise within the Continental US*.  If you'll be using standard ground shipping, the map below can help you approximate the arrival date for your order after it's been shipped.

For more exact time-in-transit information, use the UPS Transit Time Calculator and enter "30312" as the origin zip code.

* For some orders, alternative carriers such as the US Postal Service may be used.  For international orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii, a variety of carriers are used based on destination, transit time, and cost considerations.

The protection of your personal and financial information is of the utmost importance to The King Center!  In order to protect you, we use 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that your personal data is protected.  After pressing the "Check Out" button, look for the yellow "padlock" icon in the status bar of your browser... that tells you that your connection is secure!
