Elmer Evans Advocates for Black Power

"A white caucasian" advocates for black power, claiming that it is synonymous with sovereign power. Responding to a televised discussion on the subject of black power, Elmer Evans aims to challenge what he felt was inaccurately presented on the show. He speaks with a knowledge of Constitutional rights and states "that the Black People are merely doing what the White People started to do in 1776, and never really finished." Citing several historical references, Evans highlights the true meaning of a democratic republic and emphasizes the importance of "elected tribunes" for all people.
