[Page 1] Ethics (Psalms) 28: 3 - "Take me not off until the wicked, with these who are workers of evil, who speak peace with their neighbors, while mischief is in their hearts." Here the psalmist is stressing the inner attitude rather than the [Page 2] external act. The motive and the inner attitude determine the rightness of the act. This is the emphasis that was later to come to full bloom in Jesus.
