Hus, John: (1369 -1415) The leaders of the Czeck Reform, Studied at the university of Prague, where he became acquainted with the philosophical writings of John Wycliff [Wyclif] He was a moderate and always criticized Wyclifite, never sharing some of the most important times of Wyclif. In his later life was imprisoned and accused of the Wyclifite heresy. Although the great majority of the charges against him were false, he was adjudged guilty of them. He was burned at the stake on July 6, 1415.
