Immortality [Top right hand margin: Psalms] 49:15- ? But God will ransom my soul from the power of [Sheal] [ Selah ], for he will receive me.? This seems to be an intimation of immortality. Of course the author might not have such in mind. But how he could [ Page 2] have been referring to anything less is not clear to me. This might be used as an example against the assertion that this is no reference to immortality in the Old Testament.
