4525 South Federal Dated 6, 1968 January 1968 Dear Mr. King, I think if you could get to the white to befriend with the black. Maybe you could find away [a way]. I agree with you about the traffic [traffic] jam in the street in Washington. I think everyone found we want to be friends and not enemies [.] You could have a good report about the black and white it may help. The white think that black cause the most trouble. I don?t know if it?s true or not. Sincerely, yours Judy Palmer.
