[Page 1] Man (Psalms) 12:1-Here the psalmist seem to be giving a pessimistic view concerning man. He seems to feel that there are "no longer any that are godly." He [Page 2] says that "Everyone [Illegible] his to his neighbor[s?]." The former statement would seem to imply that there was a time when some men lived godly.
