[Underlined: Suffering] In the final analysis there will be complete victory for God. Things which not appear as defeat may be transformed into victory. This was God way when men put Jesus to a cruel and shameful death on the cross. Not only did God bring to pass the resurrection as a triumph over death, but he took the cross which had been a symbol of shame and crime and caused it to become the [Page 2] Symbol of love.
